OPHIUCHUS (OPHI)

[They/them]

Ophi, when the main story takes place, is a very narcissistic and selfish person. During the main story, they are a leader and have a castle which Book, Verdan, Charlie, and them live in. They can also change their face.Before the main story, they are very shy and skittish and live in Lyraa's castle with Book.

Unnamed/book

[They/them]

They do not have a name technically, but in the story, Charlie calls them book just to have something to call them. They live in Ophi's castle when the main story takes place.Before the main story, they live in Lyraa's castle with Ophi.

Oberon

[He/him]

Oberon is a wureveic and has a rude personality and is very paranoid from a past experience, carrying a very weak dagger with him often. He was the victim of a sadist and was cut open and tortured with his eye being taken out too. He usually wears bandages over all of the scars made by himself from leaves. He can barely speak and has a very hoarse voice when he does, so he often just communicates in hand motions.Oberon lives by himself for a while but eventually starts living with Vania.

Verdan lloyd

[He/him]

Verdan is a wureveic with a very aloof and also sarcastic personality. He is the son of Vania and lives in Ophi's castle when the main story takes place.

Vania lloyd

[She/her]

Vania is a very caring wureveic who lives by herself most of the time, and during this time point, she is very lonely, although Oberon starts living with her eventually.

Lenox/Charlie

[He/him]

Lenox is a very shy scientist who worked in a lab in Ophi's castle, him and Charlie are the same person but Charlie has essentially forgotten a lot about himself and gains a completely different personality, being more eccentric and extrovered.Lenox's blood spills out much more than a regular person whenever he gets injured, so he could literally die from any small scratch if he bleeds a lot, which makes him very vulnerable.

Mr. Eye

[He/him]

Mr. Eye is Feather's butler but just casually gets drunk on the job often and crushes on Verdan and is basically just a big joke lmaoCharacter is originally designed by Zum the dragon raptor on youtube but belongs to me and I changed his design a bit

Lynx

[He/him They/them]

Lynx is very hyper and sadistic. He is a guard and also executioner in Lyraa's castle. Him and Lyraa are in a relationship and also 'take care' of Ophi and Book while they're in their castle when they're basically just keeping them alive and abusing them.

Lyraa

[They/them]

Lyraa is a very cruel leader who abused Ophi and Book for years while they were kids living in Lyraa's castle, basically making them work for them and then hurting them if they did anything wrong (specifically ophi more than book).

Ophi/book

Pre-story

Starting from the very beginning, Ophi's parents were killed by lynx when they had just been born because when Ophi's parents had a kid they wanted to leave Lyraa's kingdom, so they tried to sneak out but were caught before they could escape. Ophi was taken by Lynx and Lyraa into their castle and grew up there.Books parents tried to do the same afterwards but it was when book was older and books parents get murdered as well in front of them and since they are more mentally developed than ophi was when it happened to them it scars them. Book gets introduced to Ophi in lyraas castle a bit after this happens and they are both basically used for work for lyraa and lynx, they decided to use them instead of killing them, it is reinstated constantly that something bad will happen to them if they don't listen and if they try to escape the kingdom or go outside the castle when they're not supposed toBook explains to ophi the opportunities they heard about the world outside of the kingdom and ophi gets hope for a better life and wants to try to escape, as they get older Book starts worrying about them trying to escape and getting killed, when ophi starts deciding to disobey lynx and lyraa they get hit and refused foodOphi also counts their birthdays in their room, they were about 19 when they actually tried to escape and got anywhere and they were supposed to be executed for trying to escape but got away by taking a glass shard with them to the execution room and then stabbing lynx in the eye with it, Ophi then went to the castle where feather (who was a teenager at the time) lived in the night and killed one of the leaders (feather's parent) and took their wings, sewing them to themself in the hopes to get power and a better life and also cut their strings off and changed their face to further disassociate themself from who they used to beBook is left to assume Ophi died after they escaped, eventually Book escaped successfully in the night after setting up a plan (not entirely figured out yet), they had found it harder to stand living in the castle with lynx and lyraa without ophi, and eventually them and ophi meet up again and book immediately notices everything different about ophi and their new fear develops while they start keeping secrets from the public to protect ophi (with ophi killing the leader and then later events as well) and with the amount that ophi has changed they start feeling as if they've become an entirely different person

Ophi/book

Main story

Ophi starts threatening book to keep secrets, including the wings and Lenox's death, Lenox was a scientist who worked for ophi while they basically took all the credit for his work. One day he was working on a project and he got a huge cut on his head from something going wrong and ophi hadn't been able to save him and tried to cover his death upLenox was able to be revived as Charlie (not entirely figured out how yet bare with me), but he's forgotten everything about himself, ophi tries to keep him from knowing anything about what happened, also giving him his new nameAround this time, Feather starts using the blackmail of Ophi killing their parent to start taking resources from Ophi's kingdom, to the point where living in the kingdom is becoming more difficult, and people are complaining about itAnother thing that happens around this time is Ophi takes note of Mr. Eye having a crush on Verdan because he often flirts with him, and Ophi tries to convince Verdan to manipulate him this way, Verdan refuses, and they start fighting about itAnd then a bit into the future ophi had thrown a party at their castle which book had prepared a speech for, and very soon into the speech ophi basically shoves them away and does their own thing, book starts crying backstage and then runs into their room to cry and charlie notices and tries to help them while ophi continues the party, eventually the party is finished and ophi comes back and Book starts actually arguing with them being fed up with Ophi and getting mad at them and it leads to a big fight which results in Ophi breaking down after Book compares them to Lyraa and Ophi leaves after thisAt some point after this fight all the build up of complaints from the kingdom and all the power getting to their head and them realizing how much like lyraa they're being they just basically disappear and hide in an abandoned barnFeather offers book a job at their castle after ophi's disappearance, and they accept.(More will be added eventually)

Lloyd family

Pre-story

Vania Lloyd was a single mother of two, Verdan Lloyd and his brother, they all lived together at the start, but Vania had been encountered by someone who was threatening to kill her but she said she had kids she had to take care of, which was a mistake because with that information the person makes her choose one of her kids to kill instead of her, she chooses Verdan's brother, and after this happens one night Verdan left the island without telling her, and she still tries to contact him but he tries to ignore it as much as he canA while after this, Vania meets Oberon, and they have a connection since they can relate. Eventually, Oberon starts living with her, and she basically adopts himVerdan took a small boat when he left the island, and he was basically left floating away hoping to find some better place, he was floating on the water for about a week before he got to Ophi's kingdom right outside of Ophi's castle, he was looking for a place to live there and he asked Ophi what he could do since they were the leaderOphi told him he could live in their castle basically planning to use him if needed at some point since they were 'generous' to him, which was used when verdan refused to manipulate Mr. Eye, Ophi threatened to kick him out of the kingdom and send him back to the island
